UNITY IS STRENGTH

I would like to thank the Lord for his love and his blessings for enabling us to be united in this world. Let me tell you it's because of his grace we are alive today. There are lots of people in this earth who are not saved, who have many problems, who do not have peace in their mind, who have disputes, and those who are depressed I would like to say! "God is  with you".

I would like to recall the statistics:

•  there are 7 billion people in the world of which 1.3 billion live in india
•  2.3 billion are christian in the world.
• 1.5 billion are muslim.
• 971 million are hindu.
• 703 are Non-Religious.
• 626 million are Buddhist.
• 553 million are if Ethnic Religions including Chinese Religion.
• 33 million other/unknown
• there are 6,510 languages in the world
• Christians make up 33% of the world's population, but receive 53% of the world's annual income and spend 98% of it on themselves. Only 0.1% of all christian giving  is directed toward progression of the Gospel in the 38 most unevangelised countries in the world.
• only 1/4 of cross-cultural missionaries are involved in evangelizing and building and establishing churches, while 3/4 are involved in good works, administration and support work (such as agriculture, aviation, community development, literacy, medicine, and relief efforts).
• A large majority of  Christians do not care for the souls of others and another large majority feel it is the work of the pastor and do not take any responsibility for being discipled or making disciples.
• Over 80% of Church members do not have the habit of meditating on scriptures, let alone practice the principles found in it.

So I would like to tell you that we can bring a change by joining our hands together and fight against poverty and help the unreached. There 1.29 billion people in this world who are living in absolute poverty.
Some 21,000 children die every day , 1 child dies every 4 seconds and 14 children die every 1 minute. Its heartbreaking to hear that . So I planned to help the poor in every that is possible for me . The silent killers are poverty, hunger, easily preventable diseases and illnesses, and other related causes. Despite the scale of this daily/ongoing catastrophe, it rarely manages to achieve, much less sustain, prime-time, headline coverage.

"Like slavery and apartheid, poverty is not natural. It is man-made and it can be overcome and eradicated by the actions of human beings."

"The G8 leaders, when they meet in Scotland in July, have already promised to focus on the issue of poverty, especially in Africa. I say to all those leaders: do not look the

"Overcoming poverty is not a gesture of charity. It is an act of justice. It is the protection of a fundamental human right, the right to dignity and a decent life. While poverty persists, there is no true freedom."

"Sometimes it falls upon a generation to be great. You can be that great generation. Let your greatness blossom. Of course the task will not be easy. But not to do this would be a crime against humanity, against which I ask all humanity now to rise up."

MY VISION:
>TO HELP THE NEEDY
>TO SAVE AT LEAST 2 CHILDREN OUT OF 14 CHILDREN THAT DIE EVERYDAY
>BRING A CHANGE IN THE WORLD BY REMOVING POVERTY
>BUILD HOSPITALS AND SCHOOLS.

So my dear friends lets join hands to gather and remove poverty in the world ,I believe you would be questioning, "how is it possible for me to help someone, who is not near me";the answer is just simple. Its is possible to help each and every poor in this earth.
